The Norstar Compact ICS uses building block design to grow from 4 outside lines and 8 internal telephone extensions-up to 8 lines and 24 telephone extensions. Packed with over 100 powerful features, such as Automated Attendant which answers your calls and routes them to the right person or group. Add Calling Line Identification (CLID) and subscribe to the service from your local telephone company and your LCD window displays the phone number (and name, where available) of the person calling.

This flexible unit is ideal for growing organizations that may need basic call center functions, desktop messaging, and the ability to blend telephone and computer functions, such as using the PC to manage your phone calls or automatically display a caller's account record with the call.

The Norstar-PLUS Modular ICS is a modular and cartridge based system. This allows easy installation, customization, expansion, and maintenance. The ICS currently supports digital lines (Ti), and will support Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) in the future. The core unit supports 32 stations. All lines are supported through trunk modules plugged into the core of the ICS unit.
